Some say the tunnels are haunted by an old war-time pilot.

Potential buyers are expressing interest in turning the two-storey bunker into a hotel or to store wine and cheese.
The bunker was originally built as a radar station in 1941 and was later redeveloped as a regional government base in 1950.
The base was on standby until the 1990s ready to accommodate 250 government workers in case of a nuclear attack.
