YouTube back online after worldwide outage
Online video sharing platform YouTube is back online after an earlier outage around the world.
The outage was confirmed by YouTube after it was reported by the DownDetector monitoring service earlier today.
YouTube users across the world said they had been having problems.
The DownDetector graph recorded more than 260,000 outages in less than an hour.
In a more recent tweet, YouTube confirmed the site was working again and apologised for the interruption.
