Perth influencer Jem Wolfie has Instagram account disabled after too many sexy selfies

Perth influencer Jem Wolfie has lost a staggering 2.6 million followers overnight after Instagram kicked her off for ‘breaking our rules’.

The 29-year-old found herself in hot water with the social media giant after sharing too many sexy selfies, breaching community guidelines.

“We removed this account for repeatedly breaking our rules,” a spokesperson for Facebook — who owns Instagram — told The West Australian.

It appears Wolfie may have been given ample warnings before the removal, the spokesperson pointing out a July 2019 announcement which said the platform would “also remove accounts with a certain number of violations within a window of time.”

The Perth-based Instagram model, who has made a fortune by showing off her body on raunchy video stream network OnlyFans, did not respond for comment.

Last year, Wolfie described Perth as ‘like an old town’ where she is ‘laughed at’ for what she does.

“I mean I love Perth... but it’s such a small town and it’s so behind the times and they don’t really f*** with me like America f**** with me,” she said during an appearance on the No Jumper podcast in LA.

“I know I have fans out there but Perth as a whole is like an old town. No influencers are respected there. What I do is sort of laughed at there.”

Discussing how influencers in LA are treated like gold, with the career-path respected in the US, Wolfie said that was far from the case in Perth

“It’s not a real career where I’m from, believe me,” she said.

“But that’s OK because I don’t need validation from anyone for what I do.”
