Pub workers threatened with gun in series of hold-ups
Two men armed with a gun are on the run after holding up a Perth pub, with a series of other robberies believed to be linked.
The thieves threatened staff at Lakers Tavern in Thornlie just before midnight.
The bandits forced the workers to open the safe, before taking off with the cash.
Police are investigating whether the incident is linked to at least one another armed-hold up in Perth's northern suburbs overnight.
The Kingsway Bar and Bistro in Darch was also targeted, with CCTV showing the masked men.
Other robberies at venues in Leda and Winthrop may have been committed by the same group of thieves.
