Man who attacked residents dies after being restrained
Police are trying to determine how a man died at a home in Logan, south of Brisbane, overnight.
The 28-year-old turned up at the Crestmead home around 9pm and began abusing the residents, who were known to him.
They restrained him and called police after he assaulted another man at the home.
By the time police arrived at the scene, the restrained man was no longer breathing.
It's believed he was heavily intoxicated.
Police and paramedics were unable to revive him and he died at the scene.
A neighbour told 9NEWS it was "devastating".
"I know him... they're good people," she said.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and charges have not been laid.
