Ambulance crash in Dianella leaves six people in hospital
A woman is fighting for her life and five others are in hospital after an ambulance was hit by a car in Perth early Thursday morning.
The crash happened just after 2.30am at the corner of Alexander Drive and Woodrow Avenue in Dianella.
An 87-year-old woman inside the ambulance at the time is in a serious but stable condition in Royal Perth Hospital.
A 24-year-old woman in the car is in a critical condition while her 30-year-old passenger is in a stable condition. Both are in RPH.
A nine-year-old child was also in the car and they are in a stable condition at Perth Children’s Hospital.
Two ambulance officers are in a stable condition in Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
