Driver killed in workplace trailer crash
A man has been killed after a car crashed into a stationary trailer at a warehouse in Sydney’s south-west.
Emergency services were called the car park of the workplace on Helles Avenue in Moorebank around 6.15am following reports of a collision.
The male driver, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene after crashing into the motionless trailer.
A male passenger in the vehicle was also found, suffering minor injuries.
Liverpool City Police Area Command officers have since launched an investigation into the circumstances around the crash.
Safework NSW have also been notified of the incident and will attend the workplace.
