Doors opening at 3Sheets on the Track in Butler

A RESTAURANT opening in Butler this week pays tribute to its location at the end of the train line.

3Sheets on the Track, which will be open for bookings from Friday, November 22, features decor inspired by its location opposite Butler Station.

Toby Evans, who owns the venue with his brother as well as 3Sheets by the Harbour in Hillarys and 3Sheets by the Lake in Woodlands, said the Butler restaurant had a train theme.

Mr Evans said the menu would feature some meals offered at the other restaurants but would feature some dishes tailored to suit the area.

“We’ve added some surprises as well,” he said.

“Each 3Sheets has its own identity; we don’t want to be a chain restaurant.”

Mr Evans said the restaurant at Butler Central Shopping Centre had an outdoor play area as well as an indoor chill zone for children with beanbags and charging points so they could plug in devices while parents dined.

“It’s designed to be a little bit quieter,” he said.

The restaurant is expected to provide about 30 jobs and will be open from 11.30am to late seven days a week.

Mr Evans said it was looking to partner with local clubs and schools.

“We are just really excited being part of the community,” he said.
